good work life balance. flexible working hours. no weekend work.

Cons

Manager has very bad leadership skills, bad communication skills with subordinators, bad decision making and always last minute decisions. Micromanagement which is not really relevant now. Confusing senior HR.

+Seldom OT. Usually no tight deadlines unless you or your team messed up the previous phases. +Very chill culture. No office politics and friendly colleagues. +Okay pay considering the workload

Cons

-Fairly poor project management. New requirements can keep coming in even near the end of project. Usually don't give tight deadlines but still anxiety -Unclear career growth. Overall project oriented thus no clear line of promotion/development. -Fairly high turnover rate, most people stay for 3-12 months.
