Pros

The company has a start up culture yet backed by a large corporation. Very chill environment, yet everyone is hungry for success. I have learned a lot in my one month here.

Cons

The only cons so far is that, since its a fresh start up, business is not as busy but were getting there.

The pay is not very high there are too many rigid and strict rules There are too much pressure and work overtime
