      Relatively organized dev team, easy-going atmosphere, work/life balance is fantastic

      Awful compensation, terrible PTO, tons of furlough, no opportunities unless you're lucky with the company BYS is contracted with

      Benefits are decent I like who I work with I enjoy what I do That's about it, and your right that has nothing to do with the actual company..

      Cons

      Management, direct management isn't a major problem. However, regional and up are terrible. Pay isn't the best, not the worst but far from the best
