Management cares about employees. Good pay and benefits. Management looks out for employees in hard times. Senior management keeps employees in loop on company direction.

Cons

Contract company so when the economy is down you are the first to get laid off.

Absolutely love working here. Work culture is great, always have plenty of work to keep busy. One of the most welcoming & friendly work environments I've ever worked in! Manager is amazing and the team is the best. Compensation & benefits are great too.
