Pros

Work life balance is ver good

Cons

Salary is low and no job stability even if you’re a “full time” consultant. You get fired as soon as your contract ends.

Pros

They take pride in being Microsoft's first vendor and their ability to maintain such an amazing relationship. They also provide services to SO MANY other clients as well, so I'm extremely impressed with how they are able to manage, build, and develop such long lasting relationship with their clients. There will ALWAYS be work and business.

Cons

Since it's an Asian company, they're still trying to create and get accustomed to the US/Western management style/culture. But they're trying and that's all that matters.

Pros

-Flexibility in work schedule -Culture that focuses on accountability and meeting deliverables as opposed to other distractions -Central work location near transit and quick hop over the bridge -Very little red tape so lots of room to create processes from scratch Things here have improved in 2017 compared to the last 1-2 years when there was a lot of the growing pains due to acquisitions, integrations, and re-orgs. It's a good culture for someone who is pro-active and likes to create from scratch, and can focus on the forest as opposed to the trees.

Cons

There is still a lot of ambiguity of roles and it operates like a start-up , although it is not start-up size so make it harder to maneuver as quickly, like in a true start-up. The experience of a Beyondsoft employee seems to vary a lot depending on which business unit they are in. The experience of a Beyondsoft employee out on client site (staffing) can be very different than those not in the staffing biz.
