This thoughtful approach reflects a genuine respect for work-life balance. Annual leave allocation is also competitive, making it easier to plan time off without stress.

Cons

None to note from my experience so far. Maybe allow employees to have the opportunity to explore roles across different subsidiaries, which adds flexibility and potential for career growth within the group.

WFH maybe, toxic environment, no team play, May be different on other projects.

Cons

Not stable, toxic client environment, you'll be replaced in 3 months or less if you're not up to par with client needs they don't care for you to fix it. No one really tells you if they don't like something or anything.
