Pros

Beachside environment so you can wear shorts and sandals if you want.

Cons

Horrible management. Upper management is very weak in terms of not making hard decisions. There is a problem that happens in a lot of places, people who have been there awhile get promoted into people management even if they don't have management skills. Poor budgeting practices. Overall a bad working environment.

Pros

Bidtellect is a relatively young company with the talent and the niche to be great. Management does a great job of providing the illusion of a team environment.

Cons

The reality is it's an old boys club: dog-eat-dog in every department except product. Every (wo)man is for himself and God help you if you speak up about anything.

Cons

Upper management is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. They are sexist, so if you’re a woman be prepared to be treated like a servant. They lure people in with unlimited pto as long as you finish your work, but you get in trouble if you do take off time. In other words there is no pto. Upper management will give out vague instructions and then get mad when asked to clarify. It’s more of a middle school than an actual company.
