Upper management is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. They are sexist, so if you’re a woman be prepared to be treated like a servant. They lure people in with unlimited pto as long as you finish your work, but you get in trouble if you do take off time. In other words there is no pto. Upper management will give out vague instructions and then get mad when asked to clarify. It’s more of a middle school than an actual company.
