      Pros

      Working at biewer in lake city was the best working environment I've been in in my life until now. All of the people were great and I will miss them

      They should have given us more than a week notice that they were closing down

      Good 1st shift supervisor Three day weekends sometimes 1st shift home by 3:30

      Cons

      Low wage even though they can't find enough workers 4 am start for 1st shift Minimal follow through from management on simple requests and poor working conditions
