      Some managers are nice people, but most are not.

      Cons

      The pay at Big Blue Swim School is unbelievable low. Starting at $15/hour 16 after gaining certification in all bright and bold levels, 17 if all bright, bold, and baby levels, 17.5 with all levels. Compared to other wages, this is incredibly low. Management takes off hours with absolute no notice, unsanitary conditions, and work drama 24/7. Do NOT work at Big Blue Swim School.
