Pros

the company itself is a such a good place to work at, the environment is nice and i loved working with kids, totally worth it

Cons

the company was great, such a nice place to work at, but it was more the co-workers, more in the management area which i was… towards the end it turned into a toxic environment where everything i would do would be wrong, and get in trouble for the smallest things which other people including GM have done and it wasn’t a problem, until it was with me, communication also wasn’t the greatest towards the end which have caused me so much stress for no good reason leading to somewhat “arguments” which could’ve been avoided if the communication was there! i started feeling like i wasn’t part of the team anymore because of the amount of times i would get in trouble for things that wouldn’t even make sense to me, or being left out on some things or even if i wasn’t, sure it felt like it. When i started as AM i noticed that maybe talking behind each others back was a thing? since things weren’t going the way it was supposed to i didn’t last much as an AM, it got too toxic too fast, it was worth the experience but definitely some things could’ve been handled differently from GMs part.

Pros

Everyone you work with is hardworking and dedicated to making Big Blue a great environment. People are uplifting, easy to communicate with, and always willing to lend a helping hand when needed. It's a supportive atmosphere where you can ask questions and are encouraged to learn and grow in your role.

Cons

There can be times when the workload feels overwhelming, especially with so many moving pieces to manage. It requires quick thinking and strong communication with coworkers to stay on top of everything.
