Good people work at BFG. I loved the atmosphere, how people helped each other out. The president is excellent - very savvy with the industry, business, and people. It's an extremely unusual combination.

Cons

It has at least one parent company; used to have two, but I don't know whether the smaller one (Pixel United) still exists. Working with them can be challenging.
