No confidentiality from Management. Sexism and Racial comments in and outside the office as if it mattered where your at.. Management has too much personal problems to conduct work priorities. Company’s pays so terrible we have nobody to work truck so management reschedules trucks consistently. Hour will range from 6 to 29 hours a week or shifts get canceled erratically. Horrible culture..
