      Brilliant teams and work culture

      Pros

      Best work culture I have ever experienced. Great teams and the cross department communication is also good. Salary great, benefits good need some "up"-dating. Working hours also normal, no crazy overtime.

      Cons

      US company - $ and share price is everything. Top management struggles a bit with EMEA. As so many US companies hit Europe - first the UK and after that the continent and are surprised that the model does no longer work 1:1 :)
