      After new CEO and 2-3 layoffs it's not the same

      Culture is big and if you don’t believe in it, you are treated poorly. Benefits ok.

      Decent company to work for

      Software development engineer in test (sdet)

      Pros

      - Nice benefits (RSU, plenty of PTO) - there are some really cool people - nice development infrastructure

      Cons

      - No clarity and honesty from leadership - often chaotic processes and cross team communication - no leader and visibility in QA department (even though position is called SDET, it is actually QA)
