      Pros

      Such a great company, amazing managers, crew, and team. Insurance benefits are awesome Respect for work/life balance Sick days, and paid time off is awesome If you work hard, you can move up very fast.

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons, other than the unruly customers we can have (rarely).

      Pros

      Supportive of creative problem solving to partner management. Great leadership and a great team structure. The Partner Managers have an abundance of support including technical, enablement, and marketing resources. The company is also growing at an extreme rate so it's a fun place to be.

      Cons

      Base pay is a tad bit lower than most places, but all sales roles have great upside.
