      Cons

      Change management was difficult for the team as we moved into both and Enterprise level customer base and into being a public company. More resources need to be put into professional services team.

      Pros

      Great culture, everyone is very open and accepting. BigCommerce genuinely cares about their employees. Great benefits, and pay is competitive for the field. There is also a lot of potential to grow, they like to hire internally.

      Cons

      There is a bit of a high turnover rate in Technical Support as BC is strict on attendance in the call center.
