      Pros

      The people here are amazing. People from all walks of life here work together on hard problems. The projects are super valuable and ground breaking. Free Lunch, lots of snacks. Lots more focus on building culture in the SF office.

      Cons

      Management needs to work on hiring and prioritization. We tend to have too much to do with too few people. Local teams are doing well reducing the amount of work they attempt but there are lots of things we need to get done.
