      Pros

      I work with absolutely amazing people and I learn things everyday. It's fast paced and never boring, and we're in one of the most exciting industries out there. Most of us will probably never experience this type of "right place, right time" ride again - it's pretty amazing and fulfilling.

      Cons

      The same things that make Bigcommerce exciting are the ones that make it difficult. Being fast paced can mean crazy amounts of work and quite often some very long hours. Definitely tough go keep a good balance in your life.

      Pros

      Great company culture, start-up atmosphere, free lunch on Tuesdays, and office perks such as games, snacks, beer on Fridays. The people you work with are nice, ethical, intelligent and working towards the same goal. Management work more as leaders and inspire their teams. The company is constantly evolving so you know you're representing a product that truly is the best in the market, the most innovative and will continue beating out it's competitors.

      Cons

      Company is going through major growth so it still needs to figure out processes and career pathing. As growth continues it's taking more time for issues to resolve than it used to. Compensation for sales people is low.
