Great culture, friendly co-workers, and many perks like snacks, coffee, weekly lunches brought in from local places, and plenty of 'lunch and learn' events.

Cons

Ambiguity toward company goals and how individual efforts help to achieve those goals. Performance reviews were lacking in terms how and what you need to improve.

Middle management is the weak link and could improve. Departments need to focus on working better and chohesively.
