It's too stressful They ask you to learn too much stuff Overtime is usually requested They request you to work on holidays so don't expect to get some rest on them Sometimes customers are dumb as duck but you need to show infinite patience & kindness to them anyway, otherwise company trucks you up Their software is too old and it's clear they're behind now against other e-commerce platforms so it's really complicated to deal with cases of customers complaining about that
