Nice people but stressful work enviorment

Pros

Fully remote and decent pay. Good introduction to working at a Tech Company. The people in charge of the Irish operations are very nice people and easy to work with.

Cons

Shifts are 6/7am to 3/4pm and you will always be working one weekend day. Also you are expected to work every Irish bank holiday including Christmas/New Years Day! A lot of micromangement and you will constanly be contacted by your TL if you're doing something wrong but rarely get acknowledgement when doing something right. Massive problem with staff retention which makes the role very stressfull as they don't replace people who leave or add extra cover.
