      You can work from home. Generally, time off is easy to ask for in advance. People are usually friendly.

      Cons

      Depending on the hours you get assigned, support from other associates can be lacking. Heavily relies on customer reviews for job security. Reviews ratings favor bad actors and punish associates unevenly compared to positive review scores. Job advancement unclear.

      Cross-functional teams work together to achieve the company's goals with respect and grace.

      Cons

      The market does not respect the true value of the company. BigCommerce is worth much more than the stock price suggests.. But it's only a matter of time before the public catches up to our innovation.
