Pros

Significant room for growth. Very in depth and continuous trainings. Management is open to hearing and implementing new ideas. Company is constantly growing and employees grow with them. No drama among employees, rather the group acts as each others support team.

Cons

Not as high of pay as some would like. Office is a little ways away from anything convenient.

Pros

Fun environment, very casual and flexible. Great office perks like catered employee lunch every Tuesday, fully stocked cabinets and frige coolers w/drinks and Snacks.

Cons

Don't always see the potential in there employees and therefore people are often overlooked and stagnant in their jobs. Can under value employees.

Pros

Innovation and problem solving is key at this company. If you have brilliant ideas and know how to deliver, management is receptive and will give you the tools to succeed. You also have the opportunity to work with top talent in the Austin office as well as our burgeoning San Francisco office which is chockfull of startup veterans who lead by example, get into the trenches. Learn through osmosis with the top talent on board at Bigcommerce, deliver and your career will rocket!

Cons

If you're passionate about making a difference, you may see yourself working beyond a 40 hour week. You don't have to in order to stay with the team, but don't expect a promotion if you aren't willing to put in the time.
