Pros

The best part about BigCommerce are the people. They hire the best people who not only care about their jobs, but the people they’re working with. I’ve never worked with a more kind, caring, fun group of people before.

Cons

Benefits are well below average for industry. Every six months the company has to completely flip and have a new direction. There is little communication from the ones making these decisions how new goals will be achieved, or what they even are. Metrics for success are a moving target. Even when goals are hit and metrics are met, layoffs happen, sending mixed messages to remaining team.
