Pros
- Full remote job - Definitely a place where you can have work/life balance, there are many aspects that I can mention about my experience here but I can basically summarize in a really common phrase that my peers mention whenever I get my impostor syndrome and want to stay longer hours..... "No worries we will be here tomorrow, rest up and see you tomorrow" - The people, in my experience when I interact with stakeholders of other areas or even peers, even when they don't know the answer I'm looking for, they do have great attitude and they stick with me until we find the answer, I can define this that there is a culture of team work - I feel trusted, and I observe this with other members of the organization that I have the opportunity to talk to, when we speak regarding the experience of our teams do share the feeling that we feel trusted by our managers, there is no need for micromanagement
Cons
- The organization in Mexico is basically new, so the team is just getting familiar with the different point of contacts of the different service areas of the organization, this at the beginning causes confusion regarding who to contact for certain cases, but this is expected as mentioned certain areas of the organization in Mexico are quite new
