Pros
Here are some pro's about BC: 1) Culture is amazing - They really value their employee's and they show it 2) The work is challenging in a good way 3) You likely won't get bored (see above) 4) Things move quickly - no death by meeting 5) Not a lot of red tape to go through in order to get something approved
Cons
I couldn't really think of any cons. The only thing I could say is that because things go so fast here, that sometimes processes can go by the wayside. At times this is a good thing, and at other times, could get tricky. But overall not a deal breaker.
