Vast amounts of incredibly talented, hardworking, and supportive people at BC. Leadership always has an open door and is in tune with the day to day operations. Health benefits, ability to work remotely, and commitment to promoting from within are just a few consistent positives of the company.

Cons

Not a perfect company, but can be a perfect place to work and thrive.

Low support for employees. High turnover rate. Don't work here if you're chronically ill or disabled, they don't give you enough sick time.

It was an honor to work for this company and become so close to so many. BigCommerce somehow manages to hire the most wonderful people who are committed to not only their own growth but the growth and empowerment of the people around them

Cons

Pay was a bit low for the role from what I am now finding especially considering the amount of work put on your plate
