      Pros

      Good pay, benefits, and some nice office perks.

      Cons

      BigCommerce has a ridiculous amount of politics. They have no qualms in throwing people off the bus in order to the climb the ladder and there has been a lot of churn because of that. The company has an attitude that everyone is replaceable even though it's been difficult for them to hire. Product development here is a joke. There are a lot of people with "ideas" but no clear direction or drive for execution.

      Pros

      Decent place to start your career if you want to handle projects you wouldn't get at a larger company . I would avoid if you have more than 2-3 years experience.

      Very disorganized company, toxic politics and short-sighted decision making.

      Good Perks and Unlimited PTO Good working environment with interdepartmental teammates

      Cons

      Company is very top heavy and there are lots of office politics which make it hard to get things done or projects off the ground. We are not methodical in the way we approach or launch initiatives which directly impacts the outcome and results. Departments are very siloed and disconnected which causing gaps and on-going delays. People are overworked and this goes almost unnoticed by upper management.
