Pros
A very collaborative workspace with people pitching in to help get the work done. Small company so people will know you by name and its easy to walk over to a desk rather than call with any questions. Company provides social events that are enjoyable, they also care about the environment and their impact on the community.
Cons
Can be slow to enact change and everything must flow through the CEO. Small workforce means lots of work to be done but you can have a large reach if you want.
