Recently retired from working at Bill Austin & Associates. Worked part-time as a Senior Systems Engineering Consultant for 3 years. Great co-workers and work environment. Being smaller company meant few management levels and red tape to get things done. CEO/Owner is very knowledgeable of the work and I worked with him on some of the projects. If I wasn’t ready to retire for good (retired from large company 4 years ago), would have continued on. For a person not ready for retirement, there are great opportunities to grow with the company.
