Knowing that my efforts raising money, planning events, and successful engagement with donors, helped struggling youth! Also made some very good friendships with wonderful people! There are a lot of great programs for the clients! Caring direct service staff. Lots of wrap around services. Great operations manager!
Cons
So many issues. I think that one stood out for me! Watching CEO help herself to in-kind donations. Was disappointed to see this behavior. Upper management is joke with no concerns for the lowly direct care staff! Underpaid employees who put in long hours and are dedicated to serving the youth. Meanwhile the narcissistic, egotistical CEO is pulling in bank! Along with her cronies who treat everyone like garbage! Even the upstairs level is reserved for the queen bee and her court! They rake in the dough! That’s for sure! I was shocked to learn how much my direct supervisor made! Good at her job but no vision! Totally played favorites! Never praised and even took credit for her staffs accomplishments. Fake nice! And despite all the hard work stuff did the CEO would reward them with donations and gift cards that were meant for clients! Made me lose total respect for this woman!
