When I first started at BWC there was a very negative energy from the previous leadership. But with Josh taking over we are seeing very meaningful change within the organization. We have already seen a Market Adjustment and a Cost of Living Adjustment to our salaries as well as how people are being celebrated. There is also trust building with what new leadership is doing now.

Cons

Change takes time. New Leadership is making meaningful changes but they cannot be done overnight and unfortunately a "cleanup" is needed.
