Pros

Billings Clinic ICU has hands down the best team of nurses and doctors you will work with. It’s a stressful job by nature and the team of nurses and doctors on this unit make coming to work a thousand times easier.

Cons

It’s an ICU, the patients are sick, it can be stressful. Given Billings Clinic accepts patients from such a large area, you see a lot.
