Insurance benefits are pretty good, but could be better.

Cons

Some of the managers are so protected by upper management that it doesn't matter what they do they are protected from any kind of discipline.

Pros

Nursing staff are exceptional. The opportunities to learn and grow if you are seeking a health career are excellent here. There are excellent opportunities for additional training if you desire them.

Cons

Favoritism plays a huge part within the inner circle of management. There is poor consideration among some department managers for pre-existing staff commitments to schedules, personal events, etc., and employees on some floors are expected to take change even if it means loss of financial investment or pre-planned time.

Pros

well because the management was really good to me and other employees. There was work with me if I had an emergency of any kind. Management was awesome I loved working for Sodexo.

Cons

downsides were probably having to get up at 3:30 in the morning and be in work at four but other than that I was happy there like working with Sodexo
