-Decent pay and good benefits -great products

Cons

unrealistic expectations and if you do not meet them, you will be fired in three months. there is a reason jobs are always posted at this company. almost my entire training class was gone after three months. do not leave a stable job to come here

I like working here. I feel like everybody else is working as hard as I am. The benefits are good and growth opportunity is great. Financials are solid and it feels like a safe harbor in the tumult of biotech jobs.

Cons

HR policies switch without notice. Harmful and pointless stratification of employees within heterogenous teams create artificial rankings which affect bonus payouts.
