Pros

The people are genuinely a highlight. Smart, collaborative, and easy to work with across teams. Competitive Salary, Generous PTO plus recharge days. Strong culture of innovation. There's a real appetite for new ideas and modern approaches to solving problems. A lot of new people at Billtrust, they care about doing things the right way.

Cons

Still getting my bearings since I'm relatively new, so I don't have a lot to point to yet. There's a lot of context to absorb early on. A more structured ramp-up guide could help new hires get up to speed faster.

Cons

Like a lot of the other reviews state, do your research before taking a position here. Ask good questions throughout the interview process to get a good feel for the culture, team, quota performance etc. Read through the reviews here. There are some good bad and everything in between.... even some reviews that have been deleted. Overall, I'd look elsewhere for the time being

Started as a fantastic company with the best culture I have ever seen. Spent many happy years here. Leadership WAS fantastic, caring, and were always supportive and driving success

Cons

Fast forward to getting bought out by a private equity and the entire business is being destroyed. Long-term employees with massive amounts of knowledge are being let go. Leadership seems to change almost monthly and new leadership are blinded by AI and care nothing about what Billtrust is/was. It seems as though they are weeding out anyone that knew the old Billtrust so they can carry on with reckless ideas that benefit no one.
