      Name brings business opportunity, some coworkers were great. Had supportive management team until change.

      Cons

      Coworkers like to see you fail, management (corporate) could not grasp different regions require different approach. Required to sell at more than market rates.

      Being that I am mechanically inclined I love installing working with my hands in building Binswanger Glass Company help me show off my talent and skills I really like this type of work

      That I was employed at this company 2 time pay is low not enough work and do a lot of layoffs
