PTO, UPTO, Paid major holidays, life insurance, health insurance, provided PPE, power tools and work truck (non drive home)

Cons

Extremely toxic attitudes/religious beliefs/political views, hired job title not guaranteed, pay doesn't match new hires no matter experience, management refuses to maintain order amongst employees/keep accountability for accidents

There were definitely more pros than cons working here. Culture was good, opportunity for advancement, consistent raises, good benefits.

Cons

This is a big corporation and while they may care about you on a branch level, they don't care about you on a corporate level.

New Estimating Management was Awful

was a good place to work before they restructured the entire estimating department

Cons

One man had control of how the entire company shifted and he made tons of changes without ever asking anyones opinions on anything.
