Pros
The job is pretty mindless, but very repetitive. Not hard to do but you will be doing the same thing every 30 seconds for 8 hours straight.
Cons
Management was very sketchy. Equipment would routinely malfunction and not get repaired. Multiple machines were not operable as intended, documents were not well organized or maintained, just a lot of subpar management decisions. Expected to work overtime and your input will be ignored.
