Pay scale is 10-15k below industry. HR has a performance matrix for field service engineers that makes it virtually impossible to excel. you are punished for not getting to a site within 12 hours even if you are working at another ETC. part availability severely hampers the ability of the engineers to fix machines in a timely manner. Decision making and changes crawl at a snails pace. upper management does things the way they have always been done. you are judged solely on numbers and how they look on paper to upper management. No raise last year for anyone in CDG and not looking good for this year.
