Pros

As long as you keep your head down and don't stir the pot, you will never run into any issues. Benefits are actually quite good, you just have to look for them on your own.

Cons

Career growth here is a joke. Management is inept and full of dinosaurs. Managers are shuffled from one department to another, completely clueless of actual needs of the company and it's employees. We had multiple group brainstorming sessions to increase morale, where employees from multiple departments were experiencing the same issues that I was. However, none of these initiatives were actually deployed and employees were left drained and hopeless. I was not able to move to another department, location or role. Literally locked in without a path. Discussions about promotions happen once a year at annual reviews and you better hope the economy is in a good place, otherwise they will give you every excuse under the sun why they won't promote you. I left on my own accord because I could see no future.

Pros

Work life balance, location, some great people who are the best of the best

Cons

Most managers think of career growth as something they deserve and are using the economy as an excuse for treating employees badly. Layoffs are frequent, often impact long timers with little understanding of the ramifications.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. It's gratifying to hear that work‑life balance and the people you worked with were positives during your time here. Our people are our biggest strength as a company. We recognize your concerns around leadership, growth, and the impact of organizational changes, which are difficult decisions made with long‑term sustainability in mind. At times those decisions can be very painful, and we wish you all the best going forward.
