Outstanding culture, work-life balance promoted by HR and Execs, lead by example mentality

Cons

Supply Chain and Sales/Marketing have opposite KPI's which cause challenging outcomes on inventory availability. Huge discrepancy on PTO availability from one country to another (ie) N. America to Europe

Supply chain is a complex system, but as our mission states, it is always the right thing to promote the needs of our customers first. As far as PTO, we regularly review our benefits packages to make sure that we remain competitive in each of our markets.

Satellite sites have very different levels of visibility and different experiences compared to the main location.
