1yThanks for taking the time to share your perspective. It makes us really proud that the culture and work environment consistently get such high marks from our employees. Your point that our salary increases have been lower than usual recently is heard and understood. As a global company we're subject to the same market forces that affect our entire industry. So we do have to work harder as a company in the current climate (and yes, that extends to sales targets) but we're confident that Bio-Rad is prepared to thrive for the long term beyond the current challenges.
