      Pros

      Job stability and mobility from one group to another are the prime reasons for working at Bio-Rad. The company has experienced unprecedented growth in the past decade and has tremendously increased its market portfolio in the arena of clinical diagnostics which is a production and development group, which hosts a number of positions.

      Cons

      The salary offered for a position is somewhat lower than what other companies pay for in the comparable market and the increase in salary is hard to come by.

      Pros

      There are some really great people, the work environment is collaborative and friendly, management was more than competent, the Hercules campus is really a pleasant place.

      Cons

      My department was not dealing with the most cutting-edge of equipment. There is a lot of high-tech and advanced work that they do there, but I was not exposed to it
