Toxic managers who are all incompetent and extreme micromanagers. Constant condescension from the people in charge. Everyone is paid under their market value. Raises are rare. Whether you move up in your department is not based in how hard you work but based on how good you make the managers feel about themselves. Every department is always understaffed making the work more stressful than it needs to be.
