Room to grow and innovate Talented, intelligent and caring coworkers Supportive leaders Exciting time to be part of an evolving company

The company is continuing to find its way which means continued CHANGE. This isn't a con in my opinion. However, those that are unable to adapt to change may find it so.

- Leadership recognizes the need to modernize and evolve - Some great people, good science and good work being done - Growth opportunities to a point

Cons

- HR is unprofessional and out of touch with modern workforce management practices. Poorly handled COVID policies, parental leave and general culture management questions. - Executive team is out of touch and insular, poor at managing the process and cultural impact of their growth through acquisition strategy - Uncompetitive compensation - Muddled product strategy
