They pay a decent wage with benefits along with plenty of employee activities.

Cons

I'm only speaking about the Boston site as that's where I work. The office is full of plenty of talented people, but no amount of work perks and opportunities makes the culture worth dealing with. Managers heavily favor specific people and promote a cliquey environment. The bullying is constant yet subtle. If you want a workplace that feels like a high-school, this would be the place. The only reason this review isn't a one star is that it seems upper management are unaware of the issues, likely because they're being themselves pressured to perform beyond a reasonable amount. This place has promise, but the likelihood of being Julius Cesared is too high to speak positively of Bioagilytix Boston
