      Fast Work Pace but Wonderful Team

      Pros

      The team members are by far the best part of BioAgilytix. Although occasionally you'll come across people who are less than a joy to work with, for the most part people are down-to-earth, personable, and genuine, INCLUDING the executive and management teams. Anyone who's worked somewhere else recognizes that the benefits are excellent--the company offers a very rich medical plan and covers almost the entire cost of premiums. Even new employees get 4 weeks of PTO a year, which is awesome--you just have to be proactive about taking time off. I also feel like the company has done a really good job of recognizing the work I do and supporting me in my personal career development.

      Cons

      Employees' experiences could vary quite a bit depending on the teams they join--I know, for example, that members of certain teams are really overworked. I think the company could do a better job of discouraging tons of overtime for salaried employees.
