Free and/or low cost snacks, bonuses, inclusive environment I have read the reviews from earlier years but my experience at Bioagilytix has been wonderful! I have a manager who doesn't micro-manage and trusts me to do my work. HR is approachable and knowledgeable. Executives are transparent and available.

Cons

Sometimes the analysts/scientists can be a bit overwhelmed with the amount of work; upper management recognizes this and will reward them in various ways for their hard work.

Pros

This is one of the few companies I have actually worked for that the management team actually cares about its employees. Even better than that, the employees all work hard together to make sure they do good science and the clients' timelines are met.

Cons

Everyone is very busy which also means the company is growing and job security :)
